centrelink have this thing where you can get an advance on your
payments of up to $500 which we do every year for xmas. This year DH
had a small debt which had to be paid. Done...so I thought!
Went up there last week to get the amt and pay. It was $85.85
cents which had to be paid EXACTLY. now I only had tow 50 c
pieces,so I offered to pay the extra,........"no it buggers things up"
ok, so I go around the half dozen ppl in centrelink and noone has
change for a dollar,one guy says he just put all his in the
pokies.......anyway I asked the guy at the counter next to me and he
said he only had 50c, beuaty I said, will you swap it for a dollar.deal
done. Paid the exact amount, rang up today to get the
advance........hubby had to ring himself,so i rang him and he did that
from a truck on the way to melbourne.i digress again.anyway ...he rang
me and they wont pay because he owes 4cents.
4 F#$$%%^^ G CENTS. now we don't have 1c pieces anymore,so I can't pay
the exact amount........no they won't take 5 cents, it buggersup the
computers.AAAAAAARRRRGGGGGGGGG
I 'm going to find some old ppl who may have squrreled a few 1 or 2c pieces in thier drawers.

Pple who have the money but don't spend it when it's necessary to, they will go without ,saving it for ......later. Later can come and go in an instant and its too late then.....the kids'll have no hesitation in spending it..........

who think they have a brilliant idea and run with it. The teacher isn't even my sons teacher, he influenced the other teacher to take up his idea for the assignemnt because he has given hsi class the same assignment only with a differnt play.
The assignment is: prosecute or defend Macbeth on the charge of murder.
That means the kids now have to study law.....on top of their other studies in order to get this stupid assignment done, I'm really not happy about it. This teacher is also a really hard marker, so DS knows if he down't get the law part right it won't matter about the argument he'll fail. GRRRR why oh why do they give teachers free riegn to confound our kids??? LOLOL
I hate it when the kids lose the remote to the tv....or the battery cover on the remote. we seem to have a remote for every damn thing and none of them have the battery cover.....there must be a nest of them somewhere.....and if they drop the damn thing one more time .............
